A STRONG WIND WARNING REMAINS INFORCE FOR THE NIUAS LAND AREAS.

A HEAVY RAIN WARNING AND FLASH FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS INFORCE FOR ALL OF TONGA LAND AREAS.
SITUATION
An active trough lies over all of Tonga and will continue to bring cloudy condition with heavy occasional rain for all of Tonga this evening and tonight.
FORECAST TO MIDNIGHT TOMORROW FOR TONGA
FOR THE NIUAS:
Moderate North to Northwest winds, fresh to strong at times.
Mostly cloudy and overcast with heavy occasional rain and isolated thunderstorm that will cause flash flood in low lying areas.


FOR VAVA'U AND HA'APAI:
Light to moderate North to Northeast winds and becoming fresh North to Northwest about this evening.
Mostly cloudy and overcast with occasional rain, heavy at times with isolated thunderstorm that will cause flash flood in low lying areas.


FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA:
Light to moderate North to Northeast winds, variable at times.
Cloudy periods with occasional showers then becoming overcast this evening with heavy occasional rain and isolated thunderstorm that will cause flash flood in low lying areas.

North to Northeast winds 15-20 knots, rising up to 25-30 knots at times.
Moderate to rough seas (up to 3 meters). A moderate Northerly swell (up to 3.5 meters).
Poor visibility in areas of heavy rain.


FOR VAVA'U AND HA'APAI COASTAL WATERS:
North to Northeast 15-20 knots and becoming North to Northwest winds 25-30 knots at times in the evening.
Moderate to rough seas (up to 3 meters) .A moderate Northerly swell (up to 3.5 meters).
Poor visibility in areas of heavy rain.
