THE NIUAS: Moderate North to Northwest winds, fresh to strong at times. Mostly cloudy and overcast with heavy occasional rain and isolated thunderstorm that will cause flash flood in low lying areas. FOR VAVA'U AND HA'APAI: Light to moderate North to Northeast winds and becoming fresh North to Northwest about this evening. Mostly cloudy and overcast with occasional rain, heavy at times with isolated thunderstorm that will cause flash flood in low lying areas. FOR TONGATAPU AND 'EUA: Light to moderate North to Northeast winds, variable at times.
